Tools Design/Fabrication

Tool center, total 130+ HCs employees and design team. Tool capacity 50+ sets tool/month. Rapid Tool Developed Lead Time: Prototype 15 days; Hard Tools 30~40 days;
Completed tools process in house as design, fabrication/qualification. Cacibility for high precision tools，insert mold, overall mold, double color tools, liquid silicon mold, multi-cavities with 32/64 cavities;
Applicable Resin Material: PA6(6)+30%GF/PPE/PPO/ABS/PBT/TPE etc, Engineering material with high temperature (300~400degree) ;

Robot Application

60+ HC employees for Robot Department, responsible for hardware and software, equipment debugging and maintenance, technology covers mechanical, electrical, robot and visual inspection;
Total 200+ Robot Equipment were applied to production process as Insert Mold hardware handling, CCD inspection, Screw Thread Check, Sub-Assy Process, Air tightness test, Automatic labeling;
Module Block Design and Flexible design to improve automatic production efficiency and increase Robot system lifecycle. Total over +80 patents;

Information Technology
